“The Best of Both Worlds”
This meal truly is the best of both worlds. “Homemade” marinara sauce, asparagus, high protein veg burger and broccolini on one side, homemade cashew pesto cauliflower gnocchi on the other. Pure amazingness. Recipe for both “sides” is below.
-canned tomatoes + basil + roasted garlic cloves + salt + onion powder + red pepper flakes = my “homemade” marinara sauce
• HIGH PROTEIN VEG BURGER•
-cashews + olive oil + arugula +nutritional yeast + roasted garlic + basil (lots of it) + water ~in a blender / food processor ~ = homemade cashew pesto
-more arugula to top
