Pizza got a little burnt, but tbh I think it’s best that way. This one is NOT vegetarian, but I made it for my meat loving family and they claimed it was their favorite (surprise, surprise…). I sautéed the sausage and peppers in a pan while the pizza was cooking and once it was done I loaded everything on. Super simple, and a great staple. See below for the ingredients.
-pizza crust (mine is the frozen grilled one from Trader Joe’s)
-chicken (or regular) sausage
-peppers and onions (I use the frozen grilled pepper and onion mix from Trader Joe’s)
-date paste (stir in with peppers and onions)
-red pepper flakes
-salt + pepper
