“SOY CURLS AND BRUSSELS”

I don’t know about you, but I never heard of soy curls until recently and when I did I decided to purchase them on amazon right away! I will admit they sat in my pantry for about 2 months because I had no idea what to do with them, but recently I decided to open them up and give them a try and they are amazing! They are basically just soy protein shaped into chicken like pieces. All you do is soak them in water then either sauté them in a pan with oil or roast them in the airfryer like I did. Reciped:
-Brussels
-soy curls
-sriracha
-broccoli (I used frozen)
-tamari
-salt and pepper
-sesame oil
-everything but the bagel seasoning
-cauliflower rice ( I didn’t have it, but it would be so good with this!)
*i just mixed everything together and roasted them in the airfryer for about 15 mins at 350! You can roast in the oven as well, but I recommend pan frying the soy curls if you don’t have an airfryer.
