Brussels, cranberries, red onion, and balsamic glaze. It’s truly as easy as that! I just mixed the ingredients together and let them roast in the airfryer for 10 mins. This salad has the perfect crunch and saltiness to it! It can be paired with a bigger meal or eaten as a full meal itself, depending on your hunger level. Also, to make it more filling you can add some marinated salmon (recipe on my previous “Salmon Teriyaki” post) or tamari marinated tofu. Either way it’s delicious!

-Brussels sprouts (finely chopped)
-chickpeas
-red onion (pickled in mustard, honey, and sesame oil)
-sliced almonds (toasted in tamari sauce)
-avocado (optional)

-sesame oil
-tamari
-mustard
-everything but the bagel seasoning
-tahini
