Ingredients:
-rolled oats
-oat milk (or any non dairy milk)
-vanilla protein powder
-hemp seeds (or chia seeds)
-honey
-raspberries
.
Delish !!! And so easy, just put all the ingredients in a container over night and make sure you use 2x the milk as the oats. Top with a drizzle of honey and raspberries and enjoy!
