Berry swirl overnight steel cut oats – so yummy and so easy!
This recipe is a meal prep staple for me because not only is ur easy, but it’s loaded wi to protein and tastes like peanut butter jelly but better!! Read below to see how I made this.
-steel cut oats
-berries (I used frozen blackberries)
-oat milk (or almond)
-peanut butter (or your choice of nut butter)
-sliced almonds to top
-cook steel cut oats In water or milk
-add to a jar
-heat up berries and add Chia seeds and honey (or agave) if desired
-add jam to jar with oats and stir in peanut butter
